Yes, We are available on Sundays on a limited basis for emergency services only. If you call us, we will answer the phone. For non-emergency plumbing service, we will schedule an appointment for the next available business day with an opening.
We accept all forms of payment, from major credit cards to cash. An invoice is generated immediately once service is booked and is due based on contract terms. For emergency services, payment is due immediately. No refunds.
Yes, at Quality Commercial Plumbing, we offer commercial and residential plumbing services with commercial service as priority.
Are there additional costs?
Sometimes there are unforeseen costs once we have begun work. If there is an issue that arises after work has started, you will be notified and a change order will be issued. Change order must be approved before we continue working.
What about Refunds?
All sales are final. No refunds.
Can I cancel service at any time?
To cancel an upcoming job that has been booked, please notify us within 48 hours before your job date. If cancellation occurs without notice, a booking fee will be charged.
